Data Analytics and AI Integrator (AI)

Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States. On-site workplace with the ability to work in a hybrid National Capital Region environment and report to the Pentagon or other Government facilities within required response times.

What you will do

• Lead contractor Data and AI execution across SAF/CN organizations and program-management activities.
• Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, use-case inventories, prioritization processes, dependency maps, delivery backlogs, and benefits trackers.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams covering data analytics, engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and mission expertise.
• Design analytics products, data models, taxonomies, pipelines, APIs, dashboards, scorecards, and automated workflows using Government-approved platforms.
• Guide AI/ML pilots from data preparation and service selection through evaluation, deployment, human oversight, adoption, and monitoring.
• Brief senior leaders and ensure solutions are secure, explainable, reusable, measurable, auditable, and ready for Government adoption.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in data science, analytics, computer science, information systems, engineering, cybersecurity, mathematics, operations research, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in data analytics, data engineering or architecture, AI/ML, automation, enterprise IT, cybersecurity analytics, or digital modernization.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and enterprise initiatives in a complex Federal, DoD, DAF, or similarly regulated environment.
• Experience taking Data or AI initiatives from use-case definition and data-readiness assessment through design, pilot, implementation, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Working knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, cybersecurity, privacy, records management, cloud, and Zero Trust principles.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in data science, analytics, AI, computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, information systems, operations research, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting SAF/CN, Headquarters Air Force, a Service CIO/CDAO, DoD CIO, or an equivalent enterprise Data and AI governance organization.
• PMP, CDMP, AWS or Azure data/cloud certification, security certification, or a recognized AI/ML credential.
• Experience with NIST AI RMF, AI system authorization, model risk management, MLOps, data catalogs, business-intelligence platforms, robotic process automation, or Government-approved generative AI environments.
