Technical Solution Lead (SaaS)

Location: US - Remote

Base annual salary: $135,000–$170,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead the day-to-day technical solutioning for one enterprise client implementation.
• Facilitate technical discovery and solution design sessions with client stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready user stories and technical solutions.
• Define API integrations, data mappings, validation rules, and business processes.
• Partner with Project Delivery Leads, Business Analysts, Technical Business Analysts, architects, and engineering teams throughout delivery.
• Identify risks and dependencies, produce solution documentation, and contribute reusable delivery assets and best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• 4–6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, solution consulting, technical business analysis, or solution architecture.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL.
• Experience facilitating sessions with technical and business stakeholders and working directly with software engineering teams.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure, Agile software delivery environments, and a bachelor's degree.

Nice to have

• Experience in the life and annuity insurance industry or Insurtech.
• Experience in Fintech, technology consulting, insurance, or financial services.
• Familiarity with policy administration systems, identity providers, data middleware, and digital servicing portals.
• Experience using AI tools to improve solution design or delivery processes.
