AI Strategy & Enterprise Enablement Analyst

Location: United States; remote with a minimum of one week onsite each quarter at the corporate office. Additional business travel may be required.

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for prioritized business use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, and internal data systems using APIs, low-code platforms, and agent orchestration tools.
• Monitor production solutions for accuracy, model drift, cost, and failures, and remediate issues as the technical owner.
• Analyze workflows, run pilots and phased rollouts, and measure ROI against baseline process performance.
• Implement human-in-the-loop oversight, risk controls, approved data classifications, and AI governance documentation.
• Deliver enablement sessions, training materials, documentation, and practical AI guidance to business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two to five years of experience in software development, data analytics, automation, digital transformation, or business process optimization.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python, with work samples or a portfolio of built solutions.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms, large language model APIs, and at least one AI agent framework, workflow automation platform, or orchestration tool.
• Proficiency in SQL, API-based system integration, and a visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience deploying and securing applications on GCP or AWS, including service configuration, secrets management, and identity and access controls.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry.
• Exposure to AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI, cybersecurity, or data privacy.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP data models, especially Salesforce and Infor Syteline.
• Experience creating technical handoff documentation or holding AI, machine learning, or AI governance certifications.
