What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Partner with stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with strategic software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to privacy, data integrity, and governance standards in collaboration with Internal Audit and Compliance.
• Contribute to roadmap planning and continuous improvement across G&A Technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting business systems, preferably in life sciences or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communication functions.
• Proven ability to deliver complex technology initiatives with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expertise with SaaS platforms and vendor-supported solutions (e.g., iManage, Everlaw).
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience evaluating and implementing AI-powered solutions, including Generative AI (GenAI), chatbots, and agentic AI.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and systems integration concepts.
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of data privacy and information governance.
