Principal Analyst, G&A Technology (AI)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Hybrid-eligible with remote work up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

Base salary: $142,800–$214,200 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead technology initiatives from requirements gathering and planning through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Translate business needs from Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications into scalable technology solutions and delivery plans.
• Manage strategic software vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers.
• Drive project execution, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide expertise in application configuration, integrations, documentation, and user enablement.
• Partner with Privacy, Compliance, and Internal Audit on regulatory adherence, data integrity, governance, and system lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience supporting business systems, preferably in life sciences or another regulated industry.
• Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Communications functions.
• Experience delivering complex technology initiatives with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and vendor-supported solutions such as iManage, Everlaw, Jasper AI, PwC Interactions Hub, and PoliteMail.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, compliance, privacy, data integrity, and governance skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, and supporting AI-powered solutions, including GenAI, intelligent assistants, copilots, chatbots, SaaS-based AI, and agentic AI technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems integration, Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of data privacy, records management, and information governance.
