What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve feedback and performance cycles across the Munich and New York offices.
• Build clear development and career paths for employees.
• Support managers with effective feedback and development conversations.
• Identify learning and development needs and turn them into practical programs.
• Organize culture events and initiatives that strengthen connection, collaboration, belonging, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Build scalable People Development processes and tools as the company grows.

Requirements

• Experience in People Development, Organizational Development, HR, Talent Management, or a related field.
• Experience designing or managing feedback, performance, or employee development processes.
• Ability to turn broad development goals into clear, practical programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills combined with a structured, data-informed approach.
• Proactive, organized, and execution-driven approach with the ability to take ownership in a dynamic startup environment.
• Confident English communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company.
• German language skills.
