Senior Counsel (PBM)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $168,000–$231,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Provide legal support for PBM and pharmacy operations and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers and ERISA self-funded employee welfare benefit plans.
• Advise on federal and state regulatory compliance and interpret legislative and regulatory changes.
• Assess legal risks, develop mitigation strategies, and advise on commercial initiatives.
• Support audits, investigations, and responses to regulatory inquiries.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 10 years of legal experience.
• Active membership in a state bar association.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively in team settings.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace protecting member PHI and HIPAA information.
