Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence (Hybrid Schedule)

Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office, including Tuesdays and Wednesdays; employees must be able to work up to five days in the office when required.

Annual salary: $115,730–$128,590, plus potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop analytical solutions, data tools, reports, and processes for CPM business partners.
• Review, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources using SQL queries and custom tools.
• Design, prototype, develop, deploy, and support Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting and dashboard requirements and improve business processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management, including the Senior Leadership Team.
• Support regulatory filings and periodic EPRP/KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Experience managing Power BI reports and working with Power Query, DAX, SQL, Python, or similar programming tools.
• Strong SQL writing experience and knowledge of information technology systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and produce accurate work.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAS.
• Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
