Senior Business Intelligence Specialist (AI)

Salary: $97,700–$130,300 annually

What you will do

• Execute the division’s reporting and data strategy through BI, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training, and support.
• Design and develop datasets, data models, queries, views, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools.
• Connect data across systems to create complete, actionable reporting and establish consistent metrics, definitions, data logic, and sources of truth.
• Administer reporting governance, including asset inventories, documentation, ownership, validation, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Technology, and other stakeholders while monitoring reporting systems, integrations, reconciliation, data quality, and production performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of directly related experience.
• Advanced business intelligence and data visualization experience.
• Experience with SQL, data querying, data modeling, data integration, reporting automation, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, cross-functional project coordination, and business process analysis.
• Strong business and financial acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
