Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

Location: Remote in the United States; listed as US - Massachusetts

Salary: $84,200–$125,800 annually, with potential annual bonus or commission and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models for consulting leadership.
• Manage P&L analytics covering revenue, expenses, margin, utilization, and headcount.
• Automate monthly and ad hoc financial reporting using datasets, scheduled refreshes, and paginated reports.
• Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Deliver reporting and proactive analysis using Excel, Power BI, HANA, and internal systems.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and communicate profitability insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Fluent knowledge of Power BI, including data models, DAX measures, and executive-ready visualizations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to balance strategic projects with daily operational responsibilities.
• 3–5 years of experience as a BI analyst, data analyst, or finance analyst building Power BI reporting.
• Experience building and maintaining P&L reporting from multiple sources, preferably in professional services or finance.
• Experience advising senior leadership and owning projects from inception through delivery.
