Business Process Consultant (AI)

Location: Toronto, Canada; role based in North America, preferably within the EST time zone. Offices are available in Toronto and Austin, with flexibility on location.

Salary: $45,000–$95,000 CAD annually.

What you will do

• Interview stakeholders to understand current ways of working and map organizational operating models, capabilities, and marketing processes.
• Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and improved operating frameworks.
• Develop and implement solutions that improve organizational performance, structure, and delivery effectiveness.
• Create operational playbooks, training materials, and change and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional and executive client audiences to drive adoption of processes, tools, and templates.
• Own client workstreams, coordinate teams, and identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business architecture, process consulting, organization design, change management, or a similar discipline.
• Working knowledge of process design, value streams, and operating model design.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively in complex, matrixed environments.
• Excellent research, writing, storytelling, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly with clients and colleagues in different time zones.
