Senior Data Analytics & BI Engineer Level 3 (AI)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina; 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, with 3 mandatory office days per week

Salary: $52–$54 per hour

What you will do

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, enterprise reports, and advanced executive scorecards.
• Integrate data from BI platforms, manual spreadsheets, APIs, databases, webhooks, and event streams.
• Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks in development lifecycles, and track agile, engineering, and product metrics.
• Build clear data narratives and visualizations that can be used in executive presentations.
• Contribute to moderately complex Database Engineering initiatives, planning, issue resolution, and compliance-related deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel and cross-functional Product Transformation groups.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Database Engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related disciplines.
• Advanced experience with Power BI and Tableau or comparable visualization platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, data integration, APIs, data connectors, and event streaming.
• Experience working with Agile, Product, Engineering, or Technology delivery organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Availability to work in Charlotte, North Carolina, with 3 mandatory onsite days each week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience working with top corporate banks.
