Senior Finance Analyst - Accounts Receivable

Location: Atlanta area, United States; hybrid with onsite work a few times a week

What you will do

• Own and rebuild the end-to-end order-to-cash flow from closed-won through invoicing, payment, and cash application.
• Ensure billing accuracy for contracted sensor quantities, pricing, billing frequency, payment terms, and contract duration.
• Design segmented collections strategies, dunning cadences, escalation paths, and account ownership models.
• Establish credit reviews and exposure limits, identify at-risk accounts, and manage bad debt reserve methodology with Accounting.
• Resolve billing disputes with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations while eliminating upstream causes.
• Build AR dashboards, reporting, automation roadmaps, process documentation, and enablement programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or order-to-cash finance, including ownership during a scaling period from approximately $80M to $200M+ ARR.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AR process and systems improvements, with measurable results in DSO, aging, bad debt, or invoice throughput.
• Deep NetSuite experience; familiarity with a CRM/CPQ layer, preferably HubSpot, and an AR automation platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be based in the Atlanta area and able to work onsite a few times a week.
• Strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment without an established playbook.
