Financial Analyst (Customer Retention)

Location: US - CO, Westminster; open to remote, hybrid, or in-office work. Travel requirement: 0–10%.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Build business intelligence models covering customer retention, delivery, and service costs.
• Develop renewal and churn assumption frameworks for executive decision-making and revenue forecasting.
• Analyze customer lifetime value, net promoter score, engagement trends, and product adoption.
• Evaluate cost-to-serve metrics, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, Renewals, and Customer FP&A teams to turn data into strategic actions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.
• Experience using data to align Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams.
• Experience optimizing processes and automating systems to improve operational productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI-driven analytical solutions into financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Monthly Active Users and depth-of-use tracking.
