Financial Analyst (Finance)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States. Travel requirement: 10%.

Salary: $58,300–$80,100 per year.

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotations across Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit, Corporate Accounting, and FP&A.
• Develop strategic financial plans, forecasts, and P&L analyses for business decisions and long-range planning.
• Prepare financial reports, management insights, and presentations for cross-functional leaders and stakeholders.
• Improve financial processes, internal controls, and core system implementations across operating units.
• Support accounting close activities, revenue operations, and acquisition integration efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• At least one relevant internship or up to three years of professional finance experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical ability, initiative, adaptability, and leadership experience through projects, mentoring, or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to work in Westminster, Colorado, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Domo.
• Familiarity with Oracle Financials, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Pigment.
• Experience with SQL, AI, or automation tools for financial forecasting and variance analysis.
