Accounts Receivable Analyst (Finance)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Anderson, South Carolina office; availability beyond normal business hours may be required.

What you will do

• Manage customer aging and cash application for an assigned accounts receivable portfolio.
• Research and resolve customer deductions related to trade allowances, shortages, pricing, fines, and other payment adjustments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly portfolio reports.
• Create and maintain account-specific process documentation.
• Handle special projects and audit responses while supporting accounts receivable process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, IT, Warehouse Operations, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and committed to quality and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels and take leadership initiative.
• Must be available to work in the office full-time and beyond normal business hours when required.
