Financial Analyst (Customer Retention)

Location: US - CO, Westminster; remote, hybrid, or in-office options are available.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 annually, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Build business intelligence models covering customer retention, delivery, and service costs.
• Develop renewal and churn assumption frameworks for executive decision-making and revenue forecasting.
• Analyze Customer Lifetime Value, Net Promoter Score, engagement, and product adoption trends.
• Evaluate cost-to-serve, deflection rates, and service ticket productivity to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Renewals teams to turn complex metrics into strategic actions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, customer analytics, or SaaS FP&A.
• Strong data analytics expertise and proficiency with financial systems such as Oracle or NetSuite.
• Experience using data to align Customer Success, Support, and Renewals functions.
• Demonstrated strength in process optimization and systems automation.
• Ability to work remotely, in a hybrid setup, or from the Westminster, Colorado office.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI-driven analytical solutions into financial modeling.
• Familiarity with Monthly Active Users and depth-of-use metrics.
