Senior Fleet Workout Analyst (Commercial Credit)

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; hybrid schedule with 4 days per week in-office and 1 day remote. Applicants must be legally authorized to work permanently in the United States. The position is open to candidates who can work in or relocate to Charlotte; relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do

• Lead complex commercial fleet credit restructures and workout cases, including financial analysis and recommendations for credit approval authorities.
• Manage deficiency collections, settlement negotiations, legal coordination, agreements, and status reporting.
• Manage bankruptcy cases from filing through resolution in coordination with outside counsel.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, Special Assets processes, approvals, documentation standards, reporting, controls, and audits.
• Train and mentor Fleet Workout team members, support escalations and quality checks, and develop best practices.
• Partner with Sales, ART, Fleet Services, Legal, and NASC on workflow, customer service, process improvements, system enhancements, and related projects.

Requirements

• BS/BA with 5 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5 years of comprehensive collections and credit experience.
• 5 years of commercial credit experience, including exposure to large credit exposures over $5 million.
• 5 years of commercial financial statement analysis covering income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and projections.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and interpret complex information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with bankruptcy processes, UCC Code, and legal documentation review.
• Familiarity with ALFA, PEGA, ECP, Moody's, or Credit Lens.
• Experience supporting audits, ICS controls, or intercompany receivables factoring.
