What you will do
- Coordinate schedule and risk management support for ESA project teams and industrial consortia.
- Analyze project schedules using quality metrics, critical path analysis, float summaries, KPIs, and performance indicators.
- Maintain baseline and working schedules, milestone trend charts, reporting templates, dashboards, and configuration control.
- Develop what-if and risk-adjusted scenarios, recommending schedule recovery, acceleration, and mitigation actions.
- Support project reviews, procurement activities, risk management processes, audits, and project close-out activities.
- Contribute to schedule and risk standards, tools, procedures, training materials, and potential AI applications.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related technical field.
- At least 4 years of experience in configuration management, data/document control, or CADM.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, critical path analysis, milestone trend charts, and risk-adjusted schedules.
- Experience harmonizing risk, schedule, documentation, configuration, and project control practices across departments.
- Expert knowledge of relevant scheduling, risk, configuration, financial, and data management tools, including Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera, Deltek Acumen, or comparable systems; experience with Monte Carlo schedule risk adjustment is required.
- Fluency in English and eligibility to live and work in the EU or UK are required.
