What you will do

• Prepare and calculate customer quotations.
• Manage the full order process from quotation preparation through invoicing using SAP.
• Support sales teams and sales management with daily operational activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for national and international customers.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, correspondence, and administrative processes.
• Maintain customer, project, and order data; prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports; and contribute to cross-functional process improvement.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or business administration training.
• Several years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Very good German and good to very good English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Structured, careful, solution-oriented, independent, and service-oriented working style.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, initiative, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.
