Manager, Corporate Development (Gaming)

Location: New York, NY, USA

Salary: $103,700–$153,500 per year at the start of employment, excluding potential bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Build and refine financial models for acquisitions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor interactive entertainment trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support corporate decisions.
• Assist with M&A and partnership due diligence.
• Prepare presentations, memoranda, and reports for senior management and Board meetings.
• Support new business creation, post-acquisition integration, and business model innovation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Experience building financial and operating models and applying DCF, precedent transactions, public trading comparables, and SOTP valuation methods.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
