Corporate Development Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: United States - Shakopee, Minnesota (GHQ). Must be lawfully able to work in the US with unrestricted US work authorization.

Salary: $92,921–$136,285 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Build financial models for M&A, venture investment, joint venture, and strategic growth opportunities.
• Assess financial and operational impacts, including synergies, cash flow, capital requirements, and value drivers.
• Research industries, markets, companies, competitors, and potential investment opportunities.
• Support transactions from initial evaluation and due diligence through structuring, closing, and post-investment tracking.
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors on due diligence, financial analysis, and issue identification.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, business profiles, and analytical materials for senior leaders and investment committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, preferably M&A, corporate development, or a related finance role.
• Knowledge of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, and returns analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to build accurate financial and operating models and communicate clear business recommendations.
• Unrestricted US work authorization is required.
