What you will do

• Analyse key travel markets, including market structures, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
• Benchmark products and industry best practices inside and outside the travel sector.
• Evaluate strategic scenarios addressing business threats and growth opportunities.
• Analyse operational performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic vision development in areas such as future growth, digital transformation, and innovation.
• Support business planning and performance management through KPI monitoring, reporting, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master's degree in business strategy or an equivalent programme.
• Good proficiency in English and ability to work in an English-speaking, multicultural environment.
• Interest in marketing strategy and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with data and contributing ideas.
• Interest in professional development within a multicultural environment.
