TL;DR
Business Marketing Specialist (Web3): Developing and delivering joint go-to-market campaigns, case studies, social activations, and other content that communicate why businesses build on the Monad blockchain with an accent on partner marketing, crypto infrastructure, and complex external workstreams. Focus on identifying market-facing narratives, coordinating launches and compliance reviews, and measuring campaign performance across multiple stakeholders.

What you will do
- Work with GTM and content teams to understand pipeline priorities and identify co-marketing opportunities.
- Evaluate upcoming integrations and deployments, prioritize opportunities, and define the appropriate marketing support.
- Develop and own joint marketing campaigns, including narratives, social activations, case studies, blogs, and other creative programs.
- Manage campaigns from brief through launch, coordinating timelines, assets, stakeholder deliverables, legal and compliance reviews, and launch sequencing.
- Define campaign objectives and success metrics, track results, and apply learnings to future programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in crypto, financial services, or enterprise technology is preferred.
- Understanding of the crypto ecosystem and the ability to work with both crypto-native companies and traditional businesses.
- Experience owning integrated or joint GTM campaigns with external organizations from planning through measurement.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex integrations into clear market-facing content.
- Strong judgment, organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with DeFi, payments, stablecoins, tokenization, and financial infrastructure.
- Experience using AI and automation intelligently in marketing work.
