Marketing Manager (AI)

hirify.global is an early-stage startup building an AI-powered website platform with scheduling, payments, and email marketing tools, used by more than one million businesses.

What you will do

• Identify, onboard, evaluate, and optimize marketing channels that generate qualified lead volume within target acquisition costs.
• Build and scale acquisition channels from zero, with a focus on organic and other non-paid growth opportunities.
• Use AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate experimentation, generate creative concepts, and scale campaign execution.
• Create copy and content for ads, emails, landing pages, campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts for different buyer personas and improve middle-of-funnel conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate across departments to improve the quality and performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Strong startup experience and the ability to work in a fast-moving, resourceful environment.
• Experience scaling a marketing channel from zero to significant reach, preferably beyond paid acquisition.
• Experience acquiring small-business and prosumer customers, managing paid digital campaigns, and assessing campaign impact.
• Strong writing skills and excellent command of English, including the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Experience using AI assistance to create copy, images, videos, and marketing campaigns.

• Experience across the full marketing lifecycle, from ideation and execution through analysis.
• An eye for design, branding, and visual communication.
