What you will do

• Identify, onboard, and optimize new marketing channels to drive lead volume within target costs.
• Build and scale marketing channels from scratch, specifically focusing on non-paid acquisition.
• Heavily utilize AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate experimentation, and scale execution.
• Develop compelling written content for ads, emails, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Optimize middle-of-funnel conversion rates to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance creative quality in digital campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Strong startup experience and comfort working in a fast-moving, resourceful environment.
• Advanced proficiency in using AI tools to grow, automate, and scale marketing efforts.
• Experience acquiring small businesses and prosumer customers.
• Proven track record of scaling a marketing channel from zero to significant reach.
• Excellent English writing skills and a creative eye for design and visual communication.
