What you will do

• Deliver functional safety platform and IP solutions for automotive and industrial products compliant with ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.
• Define safety requirements and safety features for platform and IP modules.
• Manage safety modules developed as SEooC throughout their lifecycle in collaboration with internal design teams.
• Prepare safety modules for functional safety assessments and support SoC integration, including implementation of IP assumptions of use.
• Perform safety analyses using FMEDA, FTA, DFA, and fault injection.
• Define roadmaps, report compliance gaps and mitigation actions, and collaborate with internal and external IP teams.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, computer engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Master's degree in electronics engineering or computer engineering with 8 or more years of experience is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 26262 and IEC 61508.
• Experience developing complex SoCs and IP compliant with ISO 26262 Part 11.
• Experience with safety audits, safety assessments, FMEDA, FTA, DFA, and fault injection.
• Proven ability to lead functional safety development for IP, subsystems, or SoCs across all lifecycle phases.
