What you will do

• Design power electronics platforms utilizing SiC technologies.
• Execute and analyze testing and validation for various power systems.
• Develop demo systems and present technical solutions to customers.
• Support product go-to-market strategies and customer design-in activities.
• Create and deliver technical presentations, training, and webinars.
• Collaborate with internal global teams, external partners, and universities.

Requirements

• M.Sc. Degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a focus on power applications (WBG preferred).
• Strong expertise in hardware design for SiC, GaN, and IGBT applications.
• Proficiency in PCB design, simulation, and power module design.
• Hands-on experience with measurements and testing in high-voltage lab environments.
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
