Production Technician (Mechanical Assembly)

Salary: $24–$34 per hour

What you will do

• Manufacture and assemble complex systems in a clean room environment according to technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical problems during assembly and testing processes.
• Contribute to pilot production and the transition to volume manufacturing.
• Monitor production plans and manage the use of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Train and mentor team members while supporting cross-functional groups.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in products and processes.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of mechanical manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Must be willing to work 3rd shift hours and a compressed work week schedule (12-hour shifts).
• Must be willing to work in a clean room environment with full gowning requirements.
• At least 4 months of previous hirify.global experience as a Technician 4.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in a technical assembly environment.
• Lean Manufacturing training (5S, Kaizen, VSM).
• Strong computer skills including SAP, Office, and SPC programs.
