Manufacturing Technician II (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electromechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, and related assemblies and components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Perform electromechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and error correction.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, helium leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to validate assemblies and components.
• Document progress, labor, expenses, test results, repairs, and completed work in computer systems.
• Audit incoming parts, inspect for defects, ensure required materials are available, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Follow safety procedures and use required cleanroom personal protective equipment, hand tools, power tools, and material-handling equipment.

Requirements

• Familiarity with SAP/IOMS, automated work instructions, and following precise manufacturing specifications.
• Experience with cleanroom gowning protocols and PPE compliance.
• Proficiency with calibration tools, helium leak-check fixtures, and overhead crane operation.
• Ability to work 40–60 hours per week, including scheduled Saturdays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, work in tight spaces, lift materials, distinguish colors, and work around potentially difficult noise levels.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools and drive or operate heavy machinery, including forklifts.
