Delivery Cluster Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop delivery supervisors and delivery personnel, including performance reviews and training.
• Develop operational strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce delivery times, and improve cluster efficiency.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, delivery success rates, and cost per delivery, and take corrective action.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics planning to maintain seamless end-to-end delivery processes.
• Manage vehicles, equipment, and personnel resources to meet fluctuating demand.
• Analyze delivery data, resolve customer escalations, prepare performance reports, and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or operations management, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing and motivating large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of delivery operations, route optimization, logistics technology, and fleet management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, according to operational needs.
