Service Desk Analyst (AI)

Location: Northwich, Cheshire, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3 days per week in the Northwich office

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support by phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Log, categorise, manage, and follow up on incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the assigned scope.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist support teams.
• Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process and coordinate with colleagues and third-party suppliers.
• Contribute ideas to improve service delivery and team performance.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, a service desk, helpdesk, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and a positive, team-focused approach.
