IT Engineer (AI)

Location: Tel Aviv District, Israel; hybrid model with three days per week in the North Tel Aviv office and two days working from home

What you will do

• Provide timely user support through help desk calls, online requests, walk-ins, and email, documenting resolutions and following up with users.
• Set up, install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac computers, networks, software, printers, projectors, and other peripherals.
• Manage Windows and Mac endpoints in Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, application deployment, configuration policies, and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding and offboarding for the Israel site, Microsoft Active Directory, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and other business applications.
• Maintain IT procedures and the ticketing system, and coordinate vendor orders, support, and licensing.
• Use AI tools for troubleshooting, documentation, automation, ticketing optimization, and daily IT operations.

Requirements

• 2.5–5 years of experience in IT Support or an IT Engineer role.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments.
• Solid Microsoft Intune experience covering device configuration, application deployment, enrollment, and policies.
• Practical experience with Google Workspace, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, SSO, SAML, and user provisioning.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including switches, VLANs, access points, VPNs, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and DLP.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Familiarity with Linux, VMware, AWS, Palo Alto, Cato Networks, enterprise networking, or security.
• Experience setting up conference rooms, including Zoom Rooms.
