Client Services Advisor - Cardnet, Customer Services and Paypoint (Fintech)

Location: Basildon, Essex, United Kingdom; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time in the Basildon office

Salary: £26,200–£27,530 per year

What you will do

• Onboard new Cardnet merchants.
• Provide customer service to new and existing merchants.
• Handle merchant enquiries and complaints at first touch.
• Follow defined procedures and response timescales.
• Support payment solutions covering in-person, online, and telephone card transactions.

Requirements

• Customer service experience or relevant knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and a right-first-time attitude.
• Good telephone and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to work in the Basildon office at least two days per week or 40% of working time.
