Customer Experience Advisor | S1 | Retail Banking | Kirkwall

Location: Kirkwall Branch, United Kingdom. The role requires working on a rota from Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm, with a minimum of 260 hours per year / 5 hours per week.

Salary: £25,000 pro rata, plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and the opportunity to earn a discretionary performance-related bonus of 8% of salary.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch and over the phone.
• Handle day-to-day transactions, customer queries, and servicing requests.
• Answer customer calls into the contact centre.
• Build customer relationships, understand needs, and find suitable solutions.
• Develop knowledge of banking products and services to support customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience and protect customers from fraud and scams.

Requirements

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a face-to-face or telephony environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable undertaking a broad range of activities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and respond to changing business priorities.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom to commence employment.
