Director, Product Strategy & Transformation (AI)

Location: Remote from the USA, California; the role may also be based remotely in countries where hirify.global has an office. Approximately 35% travel is required, and candidates may need to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

Salary: $137,900.00–$246,350.00 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Partner with senior product, engineering, design and business leaders to connect product decisions with customer and business outcomes.
• Define, pilot and scale the Agentic Product Development Lifecycle and AI-enabled product development capabilities.
• Lead lighthouse initiatives across product strategy, discovery, experimentation, delivery, launch and measurement.
• Diagnose barriers in cross-functional teams, build trust and translate insights into practical organizational change.
• Coach product leaders and improve operating models, portfolio practices, governance and metrics.
• Turn effective practices into reusable tools, learning experiences and enterprise standards, measuring impact to guide broader adoption.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on product management or product leadership experience in B2B software, SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience owning strategy and outcomes for a substantial product, platform or portfolio from customer discovery through delivery and measurement.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional product, engineering and design teams and influence product direction beyond a single team.
• Strong product craft across discovery, strategy, experimentation, prioritization, roadmaps, launch and measurement.
• Recent hands-on experience building AI-enabled or agentic products or transforming product development workflows through AI.
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and align senior leaders.

• Experience leading product transformation, operating-model change or organizational scaling initiatives.
• Experience coaching product leaders and strengthening product management practices.
• Experience working across multiple businesses, portfolios or complex matrixed organizations.
• Experience scaling playbooks, metrics, communities of practice or leadership-development programs.
