Product Director (AI)

Location: Hybrid role near hirify.global’s Stamford, CT Center of Excellence, United States

Salary: USD 120,000–167,000 base salary annually, plus an eligible annual bonus or role-based sales incentive.

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio serving technology services and buy-side/sell-side investment clients.
• Research client needs and decision-making workflows using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Conceptualize, pilot, launch, and iterate products and value-added features across technology, data, peer connections, events, expert interactions, and research.
• Drive go-to-market adoption, retention, product usage, and measurable commercial impact in partnership with Sales and Service.
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with Research, Sales, Service, and other stakeholders.
• Use AI-driven tools to improve client-facing value delivery and communicate progress to senior leaders.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience with meaningful depth in product management and/or strategy or management consulting.
• Experience or knowledge in technology services and financial services investment markets is preferred.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills, commercial judgment, and ability to turn insights into measurable outcomes.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies to workflows and outputs; bachelor’s degree required.
