Product Management Leader (AI)

Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area, CA (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the Santa Clara HQ office).

Salary: $255,000–$350,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps for a high-growth line of business.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and leaders.
• Partner with executive leadership, sales, and marketing to drive product vision and business growth.
• Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market opportunities in talent acquisition.
• Integrate core AI technological strengths into the product suite.
• Present strategic insights regarding product performance, competition, and customer adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in product leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise SaaS products.
• Proven track record of delivering company-critical initiatives throughout the product life cycle.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in the SF Bay Area and able to work from the Santa Clara office 3 days per week.
