Program Lead of Expert Community & Innovation Platform (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the Grid Technologies Expert Program, including expert identification, nomination, and recognition.
• Manage engagement with innovation and collaboration platforms, increasing participation in innovation challenges and campaigns.
• Establish technical communities of practice and facilitate expert workshops and working groups.
• Create and implement internal and external communication strategies for technical experts.
• Coordinate technical publications, conference participation, and expert representation.
• Strengthen global expert engagement, knowledge exchange, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma with a technical study background.
• Long-term experience in expert roles or related activities, including leadership experience.
• Experience building expert networks, communities of practice, or innovation platforms.
• Strong facilitation skills for mobilizing experts across regions, functions, and business areas.
• Appreciation of engineering excellence and innovation ecosystems.
• Fluent English and confident stakeholder engagement in global matrix organizations.
