What you will do

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements with Product Owners, stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications covering user interfaces, reporting, integrations, and data.
• Create user stories, process flows, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and other analysis artefacts for Agile software delivery.
• Work with software engineers and third-party suppliers to align solutions with business requirements and outcomes.
• Support testing through test scenarios, test cases, requirement validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Manage requirements-related risks, issues, dependencies, process documentation, and complex application support investigations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar application development role.
• Experience in General Insurance or Regional Insurance and knowledge of SSP Pure.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methods, Agile delivery, and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, producing user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with data-driven applications, reporting solutions, system integrations, SQL Server, data analysis, or database concepts.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and user experience best practices.
• Professional Business Analysis certification from IIBA, BCS, or an Agile-related body.
