Staff Program Manager, Corporate Communications (Remote)

Location: Remote United States; virtual employment is available only in the listed U.S. states. Travel up to 10%.

Salary: $109,500–$159,500 base salary per year, depending on work location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Lead executive communications projects and programs across corporate functions.
• Develop and execute earned media and media relations strategies for U.S. technology and business audiences.
• Manage relationships with journalists, influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare messaging toolkits, press releases, media kits, tailored pitches, and other communications materials.
• Support executive spokespeople with media inquiries, interviews, speaking opportunities, and social media strategies.
• Manage crisis communications, media events, press conferences, coverage monitoring, and PR KPIs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in media relations, corporate communications, or public relations.
• Experience supporting executive speaking opportunities and press interviews.
• Proven success securing positive media coverage and managing media relationships.
• Technology industry experience or expertise.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
