Vice President, Investor Relations and Communications

Location: Hybrid role based in Ewing, New Jersey, with in-person attendance required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work available Monday and Friday.

Salary: $248,000–$325,000 annual base salary, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead investor relations strategy and serve as the primary contact for investors, shareholders, and sell-side and buy-side analysts.
• Communicate the company’s strategy, business performance, and long-term value creation story.
• Lead quarterly earnings activities, including executive scripts, press releases, Q&A preparation, and post-release engagement.
• Develop and oversee internal and external communications, media relations, public relations, and stakeholder storytelling.
• Lead crisis and issues communications and maintain a consistent company voice across audiences.
• Provide the CEO, CFO, executive leadership team, and Board with insights on investor sentiment, analyst views, peer trends, and market expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in investor relations, corporate communications, corporate affairs, finance, equity research, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong financial, capital markets, business, communication, storytelling, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in reputation management, media relations, and crisis communications.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational information into compelling stakeholder messaging.
• Experience supporting CEOs, CFOs, and Boards of Directors within a publicly traded company is preferred.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, or another advanced degree.
• Experience in sell-side or buy-side equity research, investment banking, capital markets, or investor relations advisory.
• Operating company leadership experience in finance, FP&A, strategy, communications, corporate affairs, commercial finance, or business unit leadership.
• Consumer packaged goods or other branded consumer products experience.
