Division Controller (Manufacturing Cost Control)

Location: Hollis, New Hampshire, United States; the position is based on site and may require periodic travel to manufacturing facilities.

What you will do

• Track and analyze manufacturing costs for materials, labor, equipment usage, and overhead.
• Identify cost variances, perform root cause analysis, and provide actionable insights.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for operations.
• Develop cost dashboards, KPIs, and management reports covering efficiency and savings opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and production teams on cost reduction, yield improvements, process changes, and capacity expansions.
• Monitor inventory valuation, equipment capitalization and depreciation, internal controls, and manufacturing-related audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost control, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Leadership experience managing finance or cost accounting teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP and advanced Excel skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under applicable ITAR/EAR requirements, including U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status.
