Senior Finance Analyst (Manufacturing)

Salary: $79,500–$100,450 per year

What you will do

• Support operating management with analysis of actual costs, budgets, manufacturing variances, labor, burden, and material costs.
• Develop financial analyses for Consumer Ride and Commercial product lines and communicate business impacts in clear financial terms.
• Coordinate operating budget preparation, standard cost reviews, new product costing, and analysis of material, labor, warehouse, shipping, and manufacturing expenses.
• Prepare monthly manufacturing variance projections and tracking reports for production levels and spending.
• Analyze cycle counts, inventory values, SKU coverage, counting frequency, and inventory variances.
• Improve financial processes and reporting, train plant personnel on finance standards and controls, and screen local vendor invoices for Accounts Payable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience with SAP financial reporting is desirable.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
