Senior Finance Manager, Hardware Solutions, Plant Controller (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Partner with site management and Operations teams to analyze performance, provide recommendations, and support sound financial decision-making.
• Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets, standard cost updates, and annual site impact analyses.
• Support cost-reduction objectives, cost accounting procedures, productivity initiatives, cost of quality, VAVE, and purchase price variance management.
• Enforce inventory controls, oversee cycle counting, improve inventory turns, and assess excess and obsolete inventory risks.
• Prepare month-end financial and operational reporting covering manufacturing variances, costs and absorptions, productivity, headcount, inventory, capital expenditure, and labor utilization.
• Analyze capital requests, monitor capital expenditure, support SOX and external audits, and coordinate ad hoc site and business analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; 10 or more years is strongly preferred.
• In-depth cost accounting knowledge, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with production modules is a significant benefit.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
