Financial Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Hollister, California, United States; onsite role. U.S. citizenship or qualifying U.S. person status is required due to government contractual and export-control requirements.

Salary: $114,600–$212,800 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the financial performance of a $200M+ portfolio and partner with cross-functional leaders on strategic, operational, and financial objectives.
• Coordinate annual budgeting, monthly close, forecasting, financial statements, and financial-control processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis of variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Track revenue, cost of sales, indirect expenses, and other key performance indicators while driving countermeasures with leadership.
• Provide financial support for capital investments, new business opportunities, and operational projects.
• Improve financial and operational processes, communicate results to non-finance stakeholders, and mentor the site program finance team.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Accounting or Finance.
• 10+ years of financial experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead within a complex matrixed organization.
• Must be a U.S. person or obtain the required U.S. government export authorizations; ongoing employment depends on authorization.

• MBA or CPA.
• Aerospace and defense experience.
• Working knowledge of government accounting.
