Senior IMS Specialist II (ISO Management Systems)

Location: Middletown, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office. Travel to company facilities and other locations may be required.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve the internal audit program for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Plan, conduct, oversee, and report risk-based audits, corrective actions, and follow-up activities.
• Support external certification, surveillance, customer, and recertification audits.
• Implement and enhance DCE 9000 processes, controls, documentation, metrics, and governance.
• Lead readiness activities for ISO standard revisions, including gap assessments and implementation planning.
• Facilitate cross-functional continuous improvement, root cause analysis, training, and corrective action initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, quality management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in integrated management systems, quality management systems, auditing, operational excellence, continuous improvement, or a related discipline.
• Certified Internal Auditor for one or more management system standards, or the ability to obtain certification within the specified timeframe.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, including implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement.
• Experience leading audits and cross-functional improvement initiatives in complex organizational environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
