Sr. Resiliency Analyst

What you will do

• Support the development, governance, training, and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management program.
• Develop, maintain, test, and improve business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management plans, including BIAs, application impact assessments, risk assessments, runbooks, and related documentation.
• Coordinate business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management exercises, including execution support, results documentation, issue tracking, and corrective actions.
• Support crisis management and incident response as a point of contact or incident coordinator, providing communications, status reporting, metrics, and post-incident follow-up.
• Prepare BCM reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and leaderhirify.globalp updates while maintaining BCM tools, templates, libraries, training materials, and system data quality.
• Assess applications, technologies, contracts, vendors, outsourced services, and third-party systems for dependencies, recovery gaps, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management within a formal BCM program at a medium to large enterprise.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of risk management and continuity standards, including ISO 31000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, and ITIL.
• Experience developing disaster recovery plans and runbooks and coordinating end-to-end disaster recovery exercises.
• Understanding of network infrastructure, server environments, modern data-center application ecosystems, GRC platforms, BC/DR planning tools, and emergency notification systems.
• Ability to use diagramming and workflow tools such as Lucidchart and Asana, communicate complex issues, travel up to 25%, and respond during extended hours or short-notice incidents.
