Location: Tilburg, Netherlands; onsite

What you will do
- Drive a proactive environmental, health, and safety culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead the implementation and certification process for ISO 45001.
- Coach employees, supervisors, team leaders, shift leaders, and management on EHS matters.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
- Monitor safety and environmental performance and support site EHS objectives.
- Identify risks, implement preventive measures, ensure regulatory compliance, and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma improvement events.
Requirements
- Completed education in safety, environmental management, occupational health, or a related field.
- Experience as an EHS Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
- Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- MVK, HVK, or equivalent safety certification is highly preferred.
