Junior Key Account Manager (FMCG)

Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid and flexible work schedule

Starting salary: €40,040 gross per year

What you will do

• Build business relationships with buyers, regional managers, and store managers.
• Execute brand strategies across retail channels and coordinate field sales agents.
• Monitor sales performance and conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and collaborate with customers to support business growth.
• Take ownership of commercial responsibilities from the first day.

Requirements

• English and Greek proficiency in speaking and writing.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Completed or exempt from applicable military service requirements.
• Valid category B driver's license.
• Availability to travel 4–5 days per month.
• Analytical, proactive, and self-motivated approach; familiarity with tools such as Power BI.
