Inside Sales Executive (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage the Greek unassigned merchant clientele.
• Support new merchants through self-onboarding and answer questions about products and services.
• Identify customer needs, close sales, and provide tailored solutions to high-value prospects.
• Process orders accurately and conduct cross-sell, upsell, and win-back campaigns.
• Support existing merchants with service issues and handle grievances.

Requirements

• Experience with CRM software, telephone systems, and digital work tools.
• Ability to learn and explain products and services to prospects.
• Curiosity about AI in customer support and willingness to work with AI-enhanced tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and complaint-resolution skills.
• Excellent English required.
• Previous aftersales or account management experience and a Bachelor’s degree are advantageous.
