What you will do

• Shape the long-term product vision and strategy for Sparky, Walmart’s conversational AI shopping assistant.
• Own strategic problem spaces and initiatives, translating customer and market insights into product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Define the evolution of Sparky toward multimodal and agentic experiences that understand customer goals and support complex shopping missions.
• Identify opportunities for generative AI, personalization, reasoning, and agents to create differentiated customer value.
• Connect experiences across discovery, search, personalization, item pages, cart, checkout, services, and post-purchase.
• Partner with product, design, engineering, data science, and business leaders to test, learn from, and scale capabilities for hundreds of millions of customers.

Requirements

• Work location: Bellevue, Washington, United States
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area and 11 years of product management experience, or 13 years of product management or related experience.
• Strong product vision, strategy, roadmap development, and outcome measurement skills.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, multimodal experiences, personalization, reasoning, and agents.
• Experience identifying high-impact customer opportunities and operating across complex, large-scale product environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, design, engineering, data science, and business functions.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products and supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
